This release, entitled Blue Green Earth, is a set of ambient love poems I have created for one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen, a unique combination of desert and mountains unlike anywhere else, with an aura of peacefulness and solace unmatched. I simply adore the place.
Intended listening is from the front porch, watching the sun turn the sea of rabbitbrush to gold. I hope you find this album rewarding!

The Beacon EP is a hark back to Bolus’s 2014 EP “perceived redness of an evening sky” and the track “Pump”, utilizing rhythmic drones and sequenced soundscapes and culminating in a more percussive departure from his usual sound in the final track “Gottingen”.
Once again, these compositions represent Bolus’s take on soundtrack work but this time with actual films in mind:
“Martyrs” was perceived for the 2008 film of the same name, “Black Light” for the “Leviathan Configuration” of the LeMarchand box as it rotates above the labyrinth in Hellraiser II, and “Gottingen” for “A Beautiful Mind”, channelling Bernhard Riemann, a 19th century mathematician and alma mater of the University of Gottingen, Germany.

OMEGA is a Science Fiction film directed in 16mm by Donald Fox and produced by Alan Singer in 1970.
The film is entirely composed of special effects which gives it great visual interest.
Seized with an irresistible desire to give this film a soundtrack that could support both its narration and its typical atmosphere of the 70s, I set to work and imagined a music in “Berlin School” vein.

this soundtrack was recorded to “illustrate” and echo the images as much as possible. So, this work takes on its full meaning when coupled with the film.
