“With Lluvia Ácida, we have been making music together for 20 years, always from the Chilean Patagonia. In the beginning, in a context absolutely dominated by Rock and folklore, we made music inspired by the bands that we liked, all European and born of urban and industrial environments. Over time we understood that we had our own environment to inspire us, one in which technology is implemented in wild and lonely places, creating a contrast that is increasingly scarce in our country and the world.
We consider ourselves Explorers, because many of our works exhibited the results of an adventure or an investigation. So it was with albums like, “Tierra de Espectros” (2002), “Antartikos” (2005), “La Idea – Canto a la Federación Obrera de Magallanes” (2007), “Kuluana” (2009) and “Insula in albis” (2013).
“Zonas de Silencio” (Zones of Silence)” is the result of one of these adventures. This consisted of moving the act of Composing and Recording an album and a film outside the comfort of the studio, carrying portable technology to remote locations and abandoned premises of our environment, specifically in the communes of Punta Arenas and San Gregorio. In successive outings between the months of January and May 2014, we managed to record improvisations in places as dissimilar and evocative as a volcanic crater, a steamer rusting on the banks of the Strait, an abandoned lighthouse, a small and little known ranch, the structure of an old fridge, a coal mine, a beautiful cinema closed for more than a decade and a closed hospital. It was our way of merging ourselves with the landscapes that we love, in the shadow of the remains that were left at the edge of the Road of the Magellanes Story.
With “Zonas de Silencio”, we feel that we have contributed another vision of our Frontier Society, one which doesn’t glorify anyone in particular. We are only Ourselves and our Machines, forming a closed circuit but sensitive to the vibrations emitted by the solitary places.”

Built on the fly with synths and drum machines, his tracks are raw and squelchy, returning to a time when dance music was fun and spontaneous.
Peak is his first release, but expect more from this man. While the real joy is seeing him build the tracks in real time, these are still recordings of live takes, with all the happy mistakes and artifacts that come with the live hardware environment.

“The Light Side Of The Blue”
“The Light Side Of The Blue” is a sequel to “Wordless” compiliation, which is the result of the creative colaboration between Southern City‘s Lab Label and producer Hank Hobson in search of talented electronic stage musicians. However, contrasting the previous work executed in gloomily vast tones of ambient and glitch, the compilation offers a wide range of styles from jungle and jazzstep to Berlin school. The sequence of tracks is developed in a way that turns it into a novel, written with sounds and tunes. Into a fantastic story where the main character, finding it no more possible to bear his daily routine and seeking seclusion, runs away towards the sea…to another planet.
It all starts with the surrealistic absurd of Mutafory Lili telling with their both comic and psychodelic track about the daily life of our protagonist, where if you listen closely you can realise that he is about to break down. Then the action is transferred to the cosmoport, where Pk jazz Collective, toying with the new wave, is singing a song of mourn and sorrow, maybe even of the lost love. Lost radiance are painting admirable soundscapes, showing all the beauty of the deep space. Finally the duo of Sexyalien & Hank Hobson ($IMDC) is depicting some difficulties during the flight of the spaceship.
After that we are setting off for an automobile ride consisting of three chapters: crazy races across the megapolis by Hobotek, a ride along the highway in tune with jazz by Sobrio and the last few kilometers along the rough coast by Eva Shlegel.
And here comes the seclusion, where being alone with the self, nature and darkish atmosphere, perfectly rendered by SandSpace & lost-radio, D-lity & Amaranth will tell a story about the long-desired evening at the seaside.

Forse pirati, altroché nipoti del diluvio, navigando in mari sconosciuti e terribili, in quel momento utile si riconosce l’entità di quel viaggio necessario a fissare l’essere, il divenire di questa musica in questa orchestra.
Le persone che ne fanno parte, lo sanno bene: NOÈ prosegue, semplicemente, la strada intrapresa da NED (Nostra Etichetta Discografica) verso l’indefinita ricerca dell’estemporaneità in musica e non soltanto.
Imagine for a moment a full orchestra timbre that rings with no guidelines, no scores, no determinations of any kind.
So, playing with the sensitivity of the individual musician, born ‘Our Extemporaneous Orchestra’.
And ‘well-known that this type of music is nourished by the incredible ethical connections between the musicians in the exact moment of noise.
The orderly aesthetic reference we used does not matter playing in this orchestra, or just listen, you stay, at least temporarily, any aesthetic judgment-mindedness and critical of any historical-literary.
Perhaps pirates, grandchildren of the flood, navigating in unknown seas and terrible, then useful to recognize the extent of the stops on the trip needed to produce this music in this orchestra.

Idéia inicial do projeto era a intenção de usufruir da criatividade e improviso livre que visa em criar novos conceitos e sons(explorando o eletrônico e o orgânico).
Focando musica e artes, mesclando elementos à idéia surgiu.
Criou-se e desenvolveu-se em uma amplitude maior com mais cabeças pensantes, nova idéia de som e atitude.
O que ajudou em tudo isso foi esse tipo de “experimentalismo conceitual, musical” por isso esse projeto foi feito.
Algumas das faixas são de improviso no “flow” e de uma maneira bem despretensiosa, tão despretensiosa que ainda a espaço para novas “instrumentalizações” e participações… Pois o que conta é ultrapassar barreiras e criar novos ambientes e timbres.

Todo esse conceito, não seria possível sem o conceito:
“Faça você mesmo!”.
Pois tudo se gera disso o conceito de improvisação é principalmente a habilidade de, simultaneamente, produzir e interpretar, dentro ou não de parâmetros harmônicos ou rítmicos, melodias, ritmos ou vocalizações.

Initial idea of the project was intended to take advantage of free improvisation and creativity aimed at creating new concepts and sounds (exploring the electronic and organic).
Focusing on music and arts, blending elements to the idea arose.
It was created and developed on a larger scale with more talking heads, new idea of sound and attitude.
What helped in all this was that kind of “conceptual experimentalism, musical” so this project was done.
Some of the tracks are improvised on the “flow” and a very unassuming, unpretentious way so that even the space for new “instrumentalist” and shares… What matters is to overcome barriers and create new environments and sounds.
(Transcendence).
This whole concept would not be possible without the concept:
“Do it yourself”.
For everything that generates the concept of improvisation is mainly the ability to simultaneously produce and interpret within or without harmonic or rhythmic parameters, melodies, rhythms and vocalizations.

Название «ВЕРНИТЕ МИТЕ!» было выбрано отчасти из-за того, что хотелось получить от слушателей что-то обратно, некий фидбэк. Отзывы были не очень многочисленны, но порой столь неожиданны и позитивны, что доставляли большую радость.»

“Untitled de varios artistas”, is the second disc of the project La Bella Violencia from the visual and sonorous artist Iñaki Muñoz Zamora.
This disc is a collage born from symbols and dialogues between multifarious tongues, all of them from different origins and sounds defined for the undefined investigation, who trough oral vehicles from a common universe, they weave a milky way of fibers oscillating between the interior and exterior of a universe. A universe draw by lines and dots, who in the same time that they are been make, they punch the believes and knowledge, delivering fragile minerals in the ear of the audience, giving birth to new improvisations in emotional dancing bodies, in a constant untouchable survival, vanishing in the untameable rhythms, unfinished and intricately dense for delicately imperfect spirits.

“ODÝSSEIA”
Latest album by M-PeX, his 5th on Enough Records is a double album. It draws it’s inspirations from two odysseys: Homero’s and Kubrik’s. The first cd, sub-titled “Prologus” is entirely acoustic, with M-PeX on the Portuguese guitar and André Coelho on double bass. The second cd is titled “Epilogus”, adding electronic elements to the sounds and featuring additional guest artist DJ X-Acto providing some additional electronics and scratch sounds.
