Every track is a livecoding semideterministic improvisation. Every improvisation is recorded on a function. Every function, when iterates, makes a different composition.
Rho return to No-Source Netlabel with their first batch of new material since 2010’s album, ‘Cedarleaf.’ ‘Brace For Gravity’ is a brilliant, concise, and calculated release. It showcases the two distinct sides of Rho. One side is their quiet, ambient, acoustic side. Guitars tremble slowly through seas of effects in many of the shorter songs on this album. The other half of Rho is the sprawling, progressive, beat oriented instrumentals. In these pieces, rhythms, synths, and guitar work to take on an almost kraut rock nature. The title ‘Brace For Gravity’ suggests an epic release and these longer tracks definitely deliver. Brace yourself for Rho.

román ramón consists of agnès pe, po poy and lucía c. pino, who have backgrounds in both the plastic and sonic art worlds and who collaborate over long-distances and in person whenever the opportunity arises. their primary instrument is a computer that they use to manipulate recordings of them creating other sounds as well as field recordings. they then modify the recordings with simple programming.

The Live TÜNEL @ YONO is part of the Tünel Radio Active Tour started in June 2012, in order to celebrate and promote the Nostress Netlabel release “Tapes Serie” and the H.A.K release “Rêveries paranoïaques”. The first gig was on A stranger Paradise net radio. Tünel perfomed with Joséphine Müller & Ian Linter. Few days later, Tünel was invited at the Amazing Studio by Anton Mobin (On KKWNE net radio). Then TÜNEL decided to play in a Gay Bar: The YONO. This live was performing with a video specially committed by TÜNEL. Horror Cine Snuff Gore Concert was the name of this experimentation. Some kind of sonic trip with unbearable pictures.
