about

Since 2010, many netlabels and artists publish their new free music releases on the clongclongmoo website. Free means that you don't have to pay anything or register to download music. However, you can usually pay something to support the artists. Please note the licenses under which the music is published. This is important to know what you are allowed to do with the music. Please visit the labels' homepages to get the free music. Most files are published under a creative commons licence. At netlabellist you will find an extensive list of websites that also offer (or have offered) free music. If you run a netlabel yourself or offer your music for free and want to draw attention to it, you are welcome to use the submission form. And remember that clongclongmoo is not there to do business, because “Business Is Not My Music.”

update, February 1st, 2026

Dear friends and followers of clongclongmoo. It's great to have you here. As you may have noticed, the site has changed a bit. Some people wanted to be able to access the music with fewer clicks. That should work again now. Here's a quick note to everyone who uses relatively new platforms such as Mirlo, Faircamp, or Coop: feel free to use the submit form to draw attention to your new music. I'd especially appreciate hearing from anyone who runs a netlabel with free Creative Commons music. Thank you! Konrad from clongclongmoo

5 years of Annulled Music.
Thank you for five years of relationship with music, for long conversations with people from all parts of the earth. It really is a unique experience. Just for that, all the work is worth it. Thanks all the fans.
As thanks to these years, we will put in free download in our bandcamp page, a selection of 17 tracks, which are part of the history of the label.
In the same way, I can only express my gratitude to each and every one of the artists who have participated in this project, no doubt they are the artifices of the existence of Annulled Music.

Pk Jazz Collective – Analog

Pk Jazz Collective – Analog
[SCL203]

Pk Jazz Collective

“Analog”

C/VVV – Gracias por nada

C/VVV – Gracias por nada
[pn144]

C/VVV

“Gracias por nada”

“C/VVV spaceship is approaching, shaking not the dust off: its pieces sewn in emptiness, fiber travelling centuries, living, learning, and, at the same time, generating an antigen to the Whole, offering Naught an enlivened realm. Steadily moving, back and forth, all to zero, growing a cultivated, singular spirit in the face of constant fluctuations, acquiring communicative competences thru countless, unknown phases, changes, headways. The ship keeps flowing, moving alongside alienating turbulences and foggy cataracts in the eyes of the object. The past is always there, a warm, embracing, profound obscurity; essential company and accomplice, wise advisor, willing to unleash the heavy load. Turning the trip into a fading-balanced map, erasing frontiers, receiving the unexpected, organic, ever-expanding-paradox, latent beat.”

Hana Sent – Eyes Cream

Hana Sent – Eyes Cream
[51bts057]

Hana Sent

“Eyes Cream”

“Eyes Cream” by Hana Sent open up with the syncopated percussive arpeggios of “Arctic Toys”, which introduce a slow but decisive beat, markedly eighties, before cool melodies like a gin tonic on the rocks let us enter the mood of the album. It continues with the dreamy melodic lines of the title track, which take us on a sunny Caribbean beach, complete with windblown palm trees and tortoise sunglasses. “Hanawon Nights” does the verse to a certain synth pop of the 90s, with its claps on beat and a rolling snare that charges the percussive inputs, a SID sound marimba completes the picture, assured headbanging, for the most exquisitely dancey piece of the EP. In the slow and moving body of “Body High” you find echoes of a Moby under ice, always with a splash of gin, and you can dream of a long summer sea in the west coast frequented by lovers of rollerblading. “Disco Splendydog” takes advantage of a great bass-up spin and inserts 8bit elements and fast rhythm synths, with vocal samples, fake scratches and tb303: early house, early acid, early pleasure. The EP closes with the melancholic melodies of “Kimchi Break Out”, like in dreams, which when they end leave a smile on your face but also a certain nostalgia. Thanks for the beautiful dream, Hana Sent.

Weldroid – Regenerative

Weldroid – Regenerative

Weldroid

“Regenerative”

From Igloo Mag:

“Weldroid (aka Tamás Zsiros) returns with Regenerative for Kahvi Collective, and this new album is a multifaceted foray of chilled electronics that spans through ambient, synthesizer, and abstract IDM fissures.

Somehow a bit more tranquil in its approach (Zsiros noted that he “decided for a more performance-oriented approach, putting micro-editing and automation aside—and letting unpredictability and probability-based sequencing rule“) each piece admits a softer side the artists’ immense sound bank.”

Dave Wesley – Fourth Wall

Dave Wesley – Fourth Wall

Dave Wesley

“Fourth Wall”

Dave Wesley’s full length aural autobiography covering the last half of 2018, based on subconscious peripheral sonic imagery… the blurry content that selective perception ignores.

What others are saying:

“Listening to this music, I kind of feel like I am a replicant in the rain of Bladerunner, hand twitching as I search for some dry room away from the lights and the wind, knowing I am going to die soon but wanting the heat of the room just the same, just for a passing moment.”
– Steve Santineau

“Just an amazing album…I especially like Tracks 1, 9, 10, 13… (Like Controlled Bleeding meets Ryuichi Sakamoto’s OUT OF NOISE in a film by David Lynch)”.
– David Agasi

Sobria Ebrietus – EP

Sobria Ebrietus – EP
[PE20]

Sobria Ebrietus

“EP”

Special Netlabel Day release including three remixes of selected tracks from the original The Veil album.

“Sobria Ebrietas was born around 1995-1996 as a side-project to my
former band Absolutely Curtains, and became permanent after its split in
1999.

>From the outset, this project aimed at a research on sound, without any
other goal than creating a specific visual feeling and the wish to
generate a dark, powerful and captivating mark.

Following several albums, EPs and many sonic & visual collaborations
spanning 20 years, this search asserted itself, spawned its evil twin
Eurovision Über Alles and opened out to create a unique and unclassable
soundscape still true to its original quest: the love of Sound.”

BeatMyth – Multiply EP

BeatMyth – Multiply EP

BeatMyth

“Multiply EP “

With this EP BeatMyth demonstrates their signature electro breakbeat style – an outgoing onslaught of beats, basslines, synth-stabs, and fast vocal ranting. On the flip a slower-tempo story emerges but keeps us in attentive check: deep gridning bassline, snapy snares and playful details in-between.
